This class is held weekly on Fridays from 10:30am-12:30pm all semester long. For girls and boys of all ages 6 and up!

Do you know how to sew? Do you want to learn, but it looks very intimidating? I'm a retired Costume Designer, that believes that sewing shouldn't be a lost art. We take each project step by step and yes sometimes we have to use a seam ripper. If you would like to learn how, and you have a sewing machine, join us in the fun!

If you attend the Theatre Arts Class, you will be working towards learning how to sew, and then sewing together your costume for the performance. And yes, you'll be able to keep it. If not, we will sew all sorts of things, starting with a pillow, and we will decide what future project you want to do at our first class!

May's Class Dates:

5/17, 5/24, 5/31

Cost: $45 per student for these 3 classes.

Payment Due: May 1st 2024 @ 3:00pm

*Supplies Needed:

• Sewing Machine (Any full-sized machine will work.)
• Sewing Kit (The best one I've found, if you need one, is the $10 one at Walmart, actually.)

We'll be outside under a huge pavilion so prepare yourself for the day's weather. Bring enough water bug spray personal fans warm clothing etc. We meet in the rain as the pavilion is huge and we stay dry. If you're planning on dropping off your child please contact Kei Denevan our Head Organizer first to get approval.
